InspectorPrime was founded by two Marine Corps veterans who got tired of watching inspectors rent the tools they need to run a business. The bases are free because the trade is better when the tools are open.
The mission.
Give inspection professionals a complete operational platform, CRM, reporting, scheduling, compliance, the works, that they own outright the moment they open it. No license fee. No vendor lock-in. No proprietary black box.
We release the bases publicly as Airtable templates. You copy them into your own workspace and run your business. If you want help configuring, customizing, or training your team, we work hourly at $150/hr. That's the entire business model.
