Are the bases really free?
Yes. Open them, copy them into your Airtable workspace, and use them forever. No license fee, no subscription, no upsell tier.
What does it actually cost to run?
Your Airtable subscription, about $54/month per user on the Business plan, billed directly by Airtable. That's it. We don't charge anything to run the bases.
Can I customize the bases?
Completely. Once you copy a base into your workspace it's yours. Add tables, change formulas, rebuild views, rewrite automations, whatever fits how you work.
Who owns the data?
You. The base lives in your Airtable account, not ours. Export anything, anytime, in standard formats.
Is there written documentation?
The walkthroughs are on YouTube, full setup, daily workflows, and customization for every module. See the Learn page.
What does $150/hr consulting cover?
Setup, customization, training, integrations, migration, strategy, anything in or around the bases. One-hour minimum, paid in advance, remote via video conference.
Why "paid in advance"?
It keeps the engagement clean: agreed scope, prepaid hours, work delivered. No invoicing, no chasing payment, no minimums beyond the first hour.
Do I need to know Airtable to use the bases?
No. The walkthroughs assume zero Airtable knowledge. If you'd rather skip the learning, hourly consulting will set up and configure everything for you.
What if Airtable changes their pricing or shuts down?
Your data is exportable in standard formats anytime. If Airtable ever became unworkable, you'd have everything you need to migrate to another platform.
Is the Commercial module compliant with ASTM E2018 and CCPIA COMSOP?
Yes. Property condition report workflows follow ASTM E2018, and commercial inspection workflows follow CCPIA COMSOP. Phase I ESA templates are also built in.
Is the Residential module InterNACHI-aligned?
Yes. Report generation, defect classification, and SOP templates follow InterNACHI standards.
