How to create your Airtable account and get InspectorPrime installed and configured.

This guide walks through everything required to get InspectorPrime running in your Airtable workspace. The full process typically takes 1–2 business days once your purchase is complete, as we handle configuration and setup on your behalf.

What you'll need

  • An email address to create your Airtable account (if you don't already have one)
  • Payment for your InspectorPrime package or individual modules
  • Approximately 30 minutes for your initial onboarding call

Step 1: Create your Airtable account

If you don't already have an Airtable account, go to airtable.com and sign up. Use your business email address.

Once your account is created, you'll need to subscribe to the Airtable Business plan, which costs approximately $54/month billed directly by Airtable. This plan provides the features InspectorPrime requires, including advanced automations, extended record history, and expanded storage.

Note: If you already have an Airtable account on a different plan, contact us before upgrading so we can confirm your current setup is compatible.

Step 2: Share workspace access with our team

After purchasing InspectorPrime, we'll send you an onboarding email with instructions to grant our team temporary access to your Airtable workspace. This allows us to install and configure InspectorPrime on your behalf.

We use the minimum permissions required for setup. Once configuration is complete, access can be revoked — your workspace is yours.

Step 3: Initial configuration call

We schedule a brief call (typically 30–45 minutes) to walk through your specific business requirements before we begin configuration. This includes:

  • Which modules you've purchased
  • Your inspection types and volume
  • Your team structure and user roles
  • Any specific field names, report formats, or workflows you need

Step 4: We build your workspace

Based on your requirements, we configure InspectorPrime in your Airtable workspace. This includes:

  • All tables, fields, and views for your purchased modules
  • Automation workflows tailored to your business
  • User permissions and role-based access
  • Report templates and branded outputs
  • Integration connections you've requested

Step 5: Team training

Once your workspace is configured, we schedule a training session with you and your team. We cover every feature of your purchased modules and ensure everyone is comfortable before we hand it off.

After setup

Once training is complete, InspectorPrime is fully operational. Going forward:

  • Your data lives in your Airtable account — you control everything
  • Monthly group training sessions are available at no charge
  • Custom development and private training are available at $200/hour
