Pricing & Purchase

How much does InspectorPrime cost?

Individual modules are $999 each. Packages bundle two or three modules at a discount: the Residential Package (Office + Residential) and Commercial Package (Office + Commercial) are $1,299 each. The Premier Package (all three modules) is $1,499. All prices are one-time — there are no recurring software fees.

What is the total cost of ownership?

InspectorPrime: $999–$1,499 one-time. Airtable Business plan: approximately $54/month, billed directly by Airtable. Year 1 total: approximately $1,650–$2,150. Year 3 total: approximately $3,600–$4,100. Compare that to $5,400–$14,400 for typical SaaS inspection software over three years.

Should I buy a package or individual modules?

Packages offer better value. Two modules bundled cost $1,299, saving $699 versus purchasing them individually at $999 each. If you are certain you only need one module, individual pricing is available. Most clients find they need at least Office plus one inspection module.

Can I start with one module and add more later?

Yes. Many clients start with one or two modules and expand as their business grows. We handle integration and migration between modules. You pay the individual module price for additions — there is no penalty for starting small.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit cards, ACH bank transfers, and check payments. Contact us if you need to discuss payment scheduling — we can work with you.

Is there a contract or ongoing commitment?

No contracts. You pay once and you own it. Custom development and training are available on-demand at $200/hr with no minimum commitment or retainer required.

Platform & Airtable

Why is InspectorPrime built on Airtable?

Airtable is a trusted platform used by over 500,000 organizations. Your data is secure, portable, and integrates with hundreds of other tools. Building on Airtable means you benefit from a world-class, continuously improving platform — not a proprietary system that could be discontinued or sold. We chose Airtable because it gives inspection businesses enterprise-grade infrastructure at a fraction of the cost of custom software.

What does the Airtable subscription cost?

Airtable's Business plan is approximately $54/month per team, billed directly by Airtable. This is your only recurring cost. InspectorPrime has no subscription fees — ever.

Do I need to know Airtable to use InspectorPrime?

No. We configure everything for you and provide hands-on training until your team is fully confident. Most users are up and running within their first week. Over time, many clients learn enough Airtable to manage routine changes themselves — but you never have to.

What happens if Airtable changes its pricing or terms?

You have the same options any Airtable customer has — you could switch plans, negotiate, or export your data. Because InspectorPrime runs in your own Airtable account, you own your data outright and can export it at any time in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON). You are never locked into InspectorPrime specifically.

Does InspectorPrime integrate with other software?

Yes. Airtable integrates natively with Zapier, Make, Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar, DocuSign, QuickBooks, and hundreds more. We can build custom integrations through Airtable's API or via automation platforms. Custom integrations are billed at $200/hr.

Setup & Onboarding

How long does setup take?

Most implementations are complete within 1–2 weeks, including workspace configuration and team training. Complex customizations or multi-module deployments may take longer. We set a timeline before we begin so you know exactly what to expect.

What does setup include?

Every purchase includes: Airtable workspace creation, all tables, fields, views, and automations configured for your business, your existing data migrated (if applicable), and hands-on training for you and your team. We do not hand you a template and wish you luck — we build your system and stay until it works.

Do you migrate data from our current system?

Yes, if your current system allows data export. We handle the migration from spreadsheets, other inspection software, or any source that can produce a CSV or Excel file. Complex migrations from proprietary databases are assessed individually and may incur additional fees.

Is setup done remotely?

Yes — all setup and training are done remotely via video conference. Screen sharing lets us work through your specific workspace and workflows in real time, and it's just as effective as being in the same room.

Customization

Can I customize InspectorPrime for my specific workflows?

Yes — it is your system. Because InspectorPrime runs in your own Airtable account, you have full access to every field, view, automation, and table. You can make changes yourself, or hire us to build custom workflows, integrations, and features at $200/hr.

What kinds of custom work do you build?

Anything you need: custom report templates, branded client-facing outputs, third-party integrations (QuickBooks, Zapier, Gmail, Slack, etc.), automated billing workflows, custom compliance checklists, new inspection types, multi-office setups, API connections, and more. If you can describe it, we can likely build it.

Is there a minimum for custom development?

No minimum. Custom development is billed at $200/hr with no retainer or minimum commitment. We scope work before starting and provide an estimate so you know the cost before we begin.

Training & Support

What training is included with purchase?

Every purchase includes initial team training as part of the setup process. We train you on every feature of the module(s) you purchased and stay available for follow-up questions during the first week. Additionally, all clients receive access to our complimentary monthly group training sessions.

What is the monthly group training session?

Every InspectorPrime client receives access to one complimentary one-hour group training session per month. Sessions rotate through different topics — dashboards, automations, reporting, workflows — and always include open Q&A. They are held remotely and recordings are available on request. Register for the next session.

What if I need private training after the initial onboarding?

Private training sessions are available at $200/hr. These are ideal for new hire onboarding, advanced feature deep-dives, workflow optimization, or any situation where you need dedicated one-on-one or team attention.

What ongoing support do you provide?

We respond to support inquiries via email at support@inspectorprime.com during business hours (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. MST). For urgent issues, call (719) 301-3244. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.

Data & Security

Who owns my data?

You do — completely. InspectorPrime runs inside your own Airtable account. We do not host your data, we do not have ongoing access to it, and we cannot see your records without your explicit permission. Your data is as secure as your Airtable account, which is protected by Airtable's enterprise-grade security infrastructure.

Can I export my data?

Yes, at any time, in multiple formats including CSV, Excel, and JSON. Airtable provides standard export tools that are always available to account owners. You are never locked in.

What happens to my system if I stop working with InspectorPrime?

Nothing changes. Your Airtable workspace continues to function exactly as it does today. You own the license to the configuration we built for you. We simply stop being available for new development and training — but your system keeps running.

Is Airtable secure enough for inspection business data?

Yes. Airtable is SOC 2 Type II certified, uses TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest, and supports SSO, 2FA, and granular permission controls. It is used by thousands of regulated businesses including law firms, healthcare organizations, and financial institutions.
